This level of service includes a visual inspection that is less extensive than for the services described below. The report objectively describes the condition of the building and the relative importance of the defects and problems. It briefly outlines the construction and condition of the property identifying any major defects, but does not offer any repairs or maintenance advice.
This service is equivalent to the RICS Condition Report and is designed to provide an overview of the condition of a property rather than the comprehensive service of the building survey. It is suitable when contemplating the purchase of a modern property.
