Basic Building Survey
This intermediate level of service includes a more extensive visual inspection of the building, its services and grounds, but without tests. It does however include advice about repairs and any ongoing maintenance issues.
This level of service suits a broad range of conventionally built properties, although it is unlikely to suit complex buildings, unique or older historic properties, properties in poor condition or those where the client is planning to carry out extensive repair and refurbishment work.
It is similar in detail to a “Homebuyers Report” but does not include a valuation or insurance rebuild calculation.
